All documents must be sent to us once the form has been completed, to the following address contact@evisatz.com specifying the tracking number of your procedure, indicated in the confirmation email.
We then take care of putting them in the right format to minimize the risk of refusal, you can send them to us in the format of your choice. Minors must provide the same documents as adults.
Applicants are required to submit visa applications 10 days prior to their intended travel date.
A color scan of the passport page with your date of birth, passport number, etc. (the one used for your trip to Tanzania).
⚠️ Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Tanzania. This cannot be a green emergency passport, nor a diplomatic passport.
A color scan of a passport photo, respecting the standards of the passport photo: clear, without folds or marks, without overexposure or underexposure. It can be square or rectangular. The identity photo must be recent. The haircut is not important.
Ideally, photos should be more than 350px wide and high. You can take your own picture, as long as you respect the constraints listed.
Booking your return flights for each traveler. They must travel at the same time.
If you are not flying home, please send us train tickets or other proof of exit.
If you have not yet purchased your return or onward ticket, we will offer you an additional service that will allow you to obtain this document once your form has been validated.
